# Event Description Template
It is recommended to use the following template while filling event description as part of event creation of updation process.

# Template Details
An event description section of any event should attempt to answer the following questions.
- How many volunteers are needed?
- How many have already been onboarded?
- What are the minimum expections from each and every individual volunteers. Preferably provide details as per roles within volunteer groups as needed. Provide as many details as possible to get the right people onboard e.g. skill set, prior understanding on some subject, time requirements, venue details, etc.
- Where is the event happening? Provide as many details upfront so as to avoid confusion. Provide route map, any restricted items at the venue, any scheduled time for general population and for VIPs if any, etc.
- Who is managing the logistics of the event? How to contact them for emergencies?
