Accessing Reports

Access the Portal Dashboard

The portal dashboard contains the following information:

• The total number of volunteers registered in the portal
• The total number of hours spent by all the volunteers on events
• The number of organizations registered in the portal
• The number of beneficiaries registered in the portal
• The total number of events
• The number of completed events

Who Can Perform This Task?

• Event administrator
• Portal administrator

Procedure:

1. In the upper-right corner of the page, select the profile image, and from the menu select Admin Panel.
2. Select Dashboard.
   The portal dashboard appears.
