# Access the Portal Dashboard

The Statistics dashboard contains information in various sections:

# Overview

  • The number of volunteers registered in the portal
  • The number of hours contributed by all the volunteers on completed events
  • The number of people impacted through completed events.
  • The number of completed events

# Event Statistics

  • The number of events created in the portal
  • The number of events that are ongoing currently i.e. they are not yet completed or cancelled.
  • The number of completed events.
  • The completion rate against all the events that are created.
  • The number of cancelled events.
  • The cancellation rate against all the events that are created.

# Volunteer Statistics

  • The number of volunteers registered in the portal
  • The number of active volunteers i.e. not suspended
  • The number of event coordinators
  • The number of event administrators
  • The number of portal administrators
  • The number of just volunteers

# Organization Statistics

  • The number of organizations created in the portal
  • The number of active organizations i.e. not suspended
  • The number of organizations of type Corporate
  • The number of organizations of type NGO
  • The number of organizations of type Foundation
  • The number of organizations of type Industry Body
  • The number of organizations of type Government Body
  • The number of organizations of type Others

# Beneficiary Statistics

  • The number of beneficiaries created in the portal
  • The number of active beneficiaries i.e. not suspended
  • The number of beneficiaries associated with each event category

# Who Can Perform This Task?

  • Event Coordinator
  • Event administrator
  • Portal administrator

# Procedure:

  1. Access the volunteering portal at https://v-hub-frontend-stg.firebaseapp.com
  2. Open Sidebar.
  3. Select Statistics menu item.
