Account

I do not find my organization in the 'Create An Account' screen. How should I proceed?

Please contact someone from Support Matrix for your organization. They should be able to populate the dropdown with correct values. Alternatively, you can choose 'Individual' value and create your account and then update your organization in your profile settings page when it is updated.

Can I use my corporate email id to create an account here?

Yes. You can use your corporate email id to create an email account here provided your local IT security allows you to receive emails from internet.

NOTE

• It may so happen that you may have to leave your current employment and you can lose access to your corporate email id. To avoid disruptions in accessing the portal you need to change your email address. Please follow the steps to change your email address.

Events

Can I create an event with no beneficiaries?

No. All events must have a beneficiary associated with an event. If there is no sufficient information to determine who the beneficiary is or if the event is scheduled for internal people, it is recommended to use self as the target beneficiary. In order to do so, Portal Owner needs to create a new set of beneficiaries specifically for such situations.

Registration

I do not see any Register button for an event. How can I participate in the event?

The register button may not be visible for an event for various reasons.

• The event's registration time is over. Check for the start time and list of available dates for an event. Please check with event coordinator if they can allow further registrations at this point of time.
• The event status is not OPEN. For One Time and Any Time events if the event is not open for registration volunteers can't register. It may be possible that the number of required volunteers have already been mobilized. Please check with event coordinator if they can allow you to the event without self registration.
